Frank Arcidiacono is
no stranger to the pageant industry. In 1997, when he moved to
Orlando, Frank was asked to judge a mock interview for the Miss Orlando America pageant. He was bit by the
pageant bug and for the next four years he continued to master his judging skills while judging various pageant
systems such as: Miss America, Miss USA, Cinderella, and Miss Citrus, to name a few. In 2001, Frank founded and
directed the first ever Miss City Beautiful America Pageant. This preliminary pageant went straight to Miss
Florida America. Although his three years with the Miss America system were amazing years, his second year
directing proved a "Dream Come True" with Miss City Beautiful 2003, Ericka Dunlap capturing the title of Miss
America 2004. Frank was instrumental in coaching Ms. Dunlap to become Miss America 2004.
Frank is now directing preliminary pageants for the Miss USA system. He is the Director for: Miss Orlando
USA/Teen USA, Miss City Beautiful USA/Teen USA, Miss Avalon Park USA/Teen USA and Miss Lake Buena Vista USA/Teen
USA. He has coached numerous young ladies since he began his pageant career more than 10 years ago and recently,
coached Miss Avalon Park USA, Miranda Weber, a Top 5 Finalist in the Miss Florida USA 2008 Pageant.
Frank has been employed with the Walt Disney World Company for 10 years and has worn many hats. He started as
a dancer/performer, entertainment captain and scheduler, staging assistant (choreographer assistant), and currently
is the Entertainment Manager/ Labor Liaison for Disney MGM Studios. To schedule a PageantReady™ consultation with,
